Tie your hair back and grab your favorite headband to keep your hair out of your face.
Remove all makeup entirely with a face cloth or micellar water.
Cleanse with your favorite face wash. To ultimately deep cleanse, use a facial cleansing oil. But wait! Before you wash off your cleanser, take a washcloth and put it under very hot water. Drape the washcloth over your face with cleanser on it. The point of this extra step is to open your pores and really deep cleanse your skin.
Exfoliate your skin before applying your face mask. This step is extra important because without exfoliating, your products can’t do their job correctly. Applying a mask on top of dead skin cells can not penetrate your skin correctly. However, with this step your mask can correctly do its job without dead skin cells getting in the way.
Apply your favorite face mask. Make sure to use a face mask designed for your skin type and skin concerns. Apply the face mask using a foundation brush for a precise application around the eyes and hairline. Rinse once dry.
Apply another mask that is designed to hydrate and moisturize. If this mask requires rinsing off, proceed to do so.
Use a washcloth soaked in cold water and place it onto your face. This step may be uncomfortable but, the cold water closes your pores and tightens them to avoid blemishes in the future and smooth texture.
Use a night repairing serum (or any oil/serum) before your moisturizer. To give your skin the pampering it needs, use a serum with antioxidants and anti-aging properties.
Top it all off with a moisturizer. Massage the moisturizer in an upward motion to lift the skin and active the ingredients in the moisturizer.
Feel good about your skin! Your age, smile lines, and appearance is beautiful always. And don’t forget to get a good night sleep.
